After noticing an uptick in fraudsters and living through a fraud breach in 2021, she began investigating and got loud about it. She co-developed anti-fraud protocols with Kerry Hecht (10K Humans) and Greenbook and shared the learning industry-wide via LinkedIn, Greenbook, and 10K Humans. At IIEX North America in 2025, she joined forces with Karine Pepin “The Data Fairy” (The Research Heads) to share additional protocols and solutions.
